As a certified E-RYT200, RYT500, and RPYT100 instructor, along with multiple other certifications, Mrs. Barkha brings expert guidance and compassionate teaching to every class. Her dedication to fostering holistic well-being through yoga has positively impacted over 100 clients, empowering them to achieve balance in both body and mind.

He is dedicated to inspiring others to improve their wellness and achieve long-term health and fitness goals. With a Bachelor’s degree in Yoga and Naturopathy from Uttarakhand Open University, he combines his in-depth knowledge with practical experience to guide students on their yoga journey. His previous work at Natraj Yoga Peeth Center, Rishikesh, and his energetic, collaborative approach make him a valuable asset to the Yoga With Barkha team.
